We apply different methods of charging fees including  hourly fee charges, monthly retainers, annual retainers, all of which consist of  special terms and conditions. However, our charges are based on the time spent on carrying out professional work, this includes: meetings, telephone calls, reviewing and preparing documents and correspondence. This time is charged at the hourly rate of the person(s) carrying out the work.​

Our hourly rates vary according to seniority, level of experience and the nature of the work, the size and complexity of the matter, the degree of urgency, the qualification and experiences of the attorney(s) working on your account.

Our hourly rates are subject to continuous reviews, but never disregard whatever budget may have been agreed on with you previously.
